RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:-
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. Coordinate for all Govt. Inspection and Audit. Manage Labour Maintain attendance (In Form No. 14), absenteeism of company staff, Maintain leave records, Outdoor duty, Over Time Records Supervising overall Factory Safety, Housekeeping activities, Administration & accommodation Maintained the database of Employees.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:-
- Knowledge of computer along with excel and word .
- Strong Verbal and written communication Skill.
QUALIFICATION:-
Graduate/ Relevant Experience / MBA-HR (Full Time/ Part Time) Qualified
Salary-
(13000 to 15000 ) or Negotiable as per candidates

Minimum 1-2 Yrs of relevant experience(Construction)
